Easter

It was Drake's first Easter and we had a lot of fun! He had 3 Easter egg hunts and received 3 Easter baskets. It was such a nice day on Easter, so Drake had a lot of fun being outside! Drake also rolled over for the first time last week. He rolled from tummy to back 4 times during the day and he has yet to do it again. I guess that now that he knows that he can do it, he decided that he doesn't have to do it again. Drake also started Little Gym this week. I know what you are thinking . . . "What does a 4 month old do at a gymnastics class?" Well, we do stretches, listen to music, have tummy time, sing songs, play with instruments and start working on some gymnastics skills to get them used to doing different movements. He learned how to do a backward roll (obviously with my help) and some activities on the beam. He also got to play with balls and bubbles at the end to help with his hand-eye coordination. We had a lot of fun! Especially since I got to see all my old co-workers again! So we had a lot of fun this week, hanging out with family and old friends!

Look at his cute smile!

Another Easter basket, Drake is so spoiled!

Drake also started eating rice cereal last week. We give him just a little bit before he goes to bed and he hates it! He is getting better at it now, but it definitely is not his favorite. Can we blame him though? It tastes awful! It tastes like the cardboard box that it comes in. But he is starting to get the hang of it and I actually think that he looks forward to having some. He starts getting fussy about 15 minutes before we give it to him then he is happy afterward.

So cute pictures!! I love the one of Drake in his little jacket and hood outside. Looks like you guys had a great weekend. Happy First Easter, Drake! :)

He is the cutest boy ever! Try oatmeal - the big key is just to do a single grain cereal. Oatmeal is naturally sweet - he will love it!

I cannot believe that he is already 4 mo.s! He just keeps getting cuter and cuter! We really should get together soon because I still need to meet the little guy. Hope you guys are doing well.
